Beauty Expert is the parent company of two Pakistani cosmetics brands: Care Cosmetics and Fresh N Joy Essential. The owner, a Pakistani industrialist, had built two distinct product lines with their own identities, audiences, and product ranges. What he needed was a web presence that brought both under a single, credible umbrella without erasing what made each brand unique.
The project was a pure design engagement. No templates. No theme customization. The goal was a website that communicated the scale and quality of the Beauty Expert portfolio and gave each sub-brand the visual treatment it deserved.
The primary design challenge was hierarchy. Beauty Expert needed to read as the authoritative parent brand while allowing Care Cosmetics and Fresh N Joy Essential to each have a distinct identity on the same site. Getting that balance wrong would either flatten the sub-brands into generic product lines or confuse visitors about whose products they were looking at.
Product presentation was the second challenge. Cosmetics purchasing decisions are visual and emotional. The design had to showcase product ranges in a way that felt premium and trustworthy, not like a catalog dump.
User engagement required deliberate information architecture. Visitors arriving for Care Cosmetics had different needs than those exploring Fresh N Joy Essential. The navigation and page flow had to serve both audiences without creating friction for either.
The process started with a thorough requirements session to understand the brand identity, visual preferences, and target audience for each brand. Care Cosmetics and Fresh N Joy Essential had different tones and customer profiles, and those distinctions informed every design decision.
Wireframes mapped the site structure before any visual design began, establishing how visitors would move between the parent brand and the sub-brand sections. High-fidelity mockups were developed iteratively, with client feedback incorporated at each stage to ensure the design aligned with the owner's vision for the portfolio.
The final design gave Beauty Expert a cohesive visual identity at the holding company level while giving each sub-brand its own distinct section with dedicated product showcasing and brand-specific aesthetics.
The delivered design gave Beauty Expert a professional web presence that accurately represented both brands. The visual hierarchy clearly communicated the holding company structure while keeping each sub-brand's identity intact.
